  • Selected candidates will be contacted by a Staffers Consultant for a brief telephone interview to gather information concerning your experience, compensation expectations, career goals and availability.
  • If you meet the hiring criteria, we will schedule an appointment for you to interview with one of our Staffers Consultants and complete our application.
  • Please bring two professional references with current contact information, two forms of identification, such as a current drivers license, social security card or passport, and be prepared to have a criminal background check performed and a possible drug screen test.

Based on your interview, we administer one or more assessment tests, through IBM Kenexa ProveIt testing, designed to find your strengths and identify areas in which you may need to sharpen your skills.

Reference Check

We will contact your references and gather additional information concerning your work experience and skills.

No, there is never a fee for job candidates to work with Staffers. Fees are paid by the employers with whom we work.

What happens to my resume once I submit it to Staffers?

Once we receive your resume, one of our consultants will review it and determine whether there may be a match for one of our open office jobs. If there is a fit, we will give you a call to schedule a meeting to review your background, skills, and career interests. If there is not a fit for one of our open clerical jobs, we will keep your resume on file for when a future job opportunity opens up that better fits your background and skills.

Does Staffers offer resume writing services?

Vacation Pay

After working 1,300 hours within a 12-month period and without a five-week lapse in employment, each employee will receive a $200 vacation pay bonus.

Holiday Pay

After working 1300 hours in a 12 month period, each employee will qualify for holiday pay if they work the day preceding and following the holiday. The paid holidays are New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Direct deposit is offered for your convenience, or payment will be distributed through Global Cash Cards.
