Beth Henry is the Founder and President of Staffers, Inc., bringing nearly four decades of staffing industry leadership to clients across the region. A proven entrepreneur, Beth has successfully launched and scaled two staffing firms—Tempo, Inc. and Staffers, Inc.—building both organizations from the ground up through disciplined growth strategies, strong client partnerships, and a people-first service model.
Since founding Staffers in 1999, Beth has led the company through sustained growth and expansion, supporting more than 1,500 clients and placing over 10,000 employees across multiple industries. Under her leadership, Staffers has earned a strong reputation for service quality, responsiveness, and long-term client trust.
Beth’s leadership extends beyond growth metrics. She has been instrumental in shaping Staffers’ operational standards, client service philosophy, and commitment to ethical, relationship-driven staffing. Her approach emphasizes accountability, compliance, and long-term partnership—ensuring clients receive reliable talent solutions while candidates are treated with dignity and respect.

Kelly Webb Collum
Executive Director of Operations

Kelly Collum is the Executive Director of Operations at Staffers, Inc., bringing more than 32 years of staffing industry experience and deep institutional knowledge to the organization. She joined Staffers in January 2000 and has progressed through roles including Junior Recruiter, Account Manager, Senior Recruiter, and executive leadership.
Her career reflects hands-on expertise across every stage of staffing operations, including full-cycle recruiting, oversight of more than 1,000 client accounts, recruiter performance management, and consistent service delivery across commercial and program-based engagements. Kelly is widely respected for her ability to balance operational discipline with a genuine commitment to people.
As Executive Director of Operations, Kelly plays a central role in aligning recruiting execution, client service, and internal processes to support sustainable growth and high-quality outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Mary Hannah Jarvis

Mary Hannah Jarvis is the Director of Recruiting at Staffers, Inc., bringing more than nine years of staffing industry experience serving clients and candidates across Mississippi. Since joining Staffers in 2017, she has built a strong reputation for connecting talent with opportunity through a thoughtful, relationship-driven recruiting approach grounded in trust, responsiveness, and results.
Mary Hannah holds the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association, reflecting her commitment to compliance, ethical staffing practices, and industry standards. Her recruiting expertise spans office and administrative, legal, accounting, medical clerical, and light industrial staffing.
As Director of Recruiting, Mary Hannah provides leadership across the recruiting function, partnering with clients, candidates, and internal teams to deliver customized workforce solutions. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, deep understanding of local labor markets, and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful career outcomes while supporting clients’ evolving workforce needs.
Kelly Ann Coleman

Kelly Ann Coleman is the Director of Revenue at Staffers, Inc., bringing more than eight years of sales and marketing experience supporting client growth and long-term partnerships. Since joining Staffers in 2023, she has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s market presence across commercial, public-sector, and MSP-driven environments.
Throughout her tenure, Kelly Ann has managed and supported more than 8,000 client relationships across multi-state territories, working closely with stakeholders in fast-paced commercial organizations and structured, program-based workforce models. Kelly Ann is known for her consultative approach, focusing on understanding client needs and aligning workforce solutions that support both immediate priorities and long-term goals.
Combining data-informed sales execution with a relationship-first mindset, Kelly Ann helps clients align staffing strategies with operational objectives while reinforcing Staffers’ commitment to service excellence and partnership.
Carlie Gothard
Regional Talent and Brand Engagement Lead
Carlie Gothard is the Regional Talent and Brand Engagement Lead at Staffers, Inc., where she focuses on strengthening candidate engagement, enhancing employer brand visibility, and supporting consistent talent experiences across regional markets. Since joining Staffers in September 2024, she has partnered closely with recruiting and operations teams to elevate how Staffers attracts, engages, and retains talent.
Her experience includes coordinating regional hiring initiatives, supporting talent engagement campaigns, and collaborating on marketing and communications efforts that reinforce a cohesive, people-centered brand presence. Carlie brings strong organizational and communication skills, along with a creative, execution-focused mindset.
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, Carlie applies data-driven marketing principles to workforce communication and talent engagement, supporting Staffers’ continued growth and visibility within the staffing industry.
