She joined Staffers in January 2000 and has progressed through roles including Junior Recruiter, Account Manager, Senior Recruiter, and executive leadership. Her career reflects hands-on expertise across every stage of staffing operations, including full-cycle recruiting, oversight of more than 1,000 client accounts, recruiter performance management, and consistent service delivery across commercial and program-based engagements. Kelly is widely respected for her ability to balance operational discipline with a genuine commitment to people. As Executive Director of Operations, Kelly plays a central role in aligning recruiting execution, client service, and internal processes to support sustainable growth and high-quality outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Mary Hannah Jarvis is the Director of Recruiting at Staffers, Inc., bringing more than a decade of staffing industry experience serving clients and candidates across Mississippi. Since joining Staffers in 2017, she has built a strong reputation for connecting talent with opportunity through a thoughtful, relationship-driven recruiting approach grounded in trust, responsiveness, and results. Mary Hannah holds the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association, reflecting her commitment to compliance, ethical staffing practices, and industry standards. Her recruiting expertise spans office and administrative, legal, accounting, medical clerical, and light industrial staffing. As Director of Recruiting, Mary Hannah provides leadership across the recruiting function, partnering with clients, candidates, and internal teams to deliver customized workforce solutions. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, deep understanding of local labor markets, and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful career outcomes while supporting clients’ evolving workforce needs.

Beth Henry

Introducing Beth Henry, the President of Staffers. With a rich entrepreneurial journey, Beth founded Tempo in 1987 and sold it in 1997. She then opened Staffers in 1999. Her profound love for Staffers’ work stems from its ability to positively impact countless individuals- while also having fun! Beth finds joy in activities like yoga, bike riding, and walking. She has been a vegetarian since 1984. With her visionary leadership and genuine passion for making a difference, Beth continues to inspire and uplift us all.

Meet Kelly Ann Coleman, our Business Development dynamo, who joined us in 2023. She brings over 8 years of sales and marketing expertise from a wholesale manufacturer. Her heart for Mississippi’s community fuels her drive to make a difference. She is married to J. Hunter Coleman and mom to Will. Growing up in the metro and being a Mississippi State University Marketing grad, she embodies local pride. Off-duty, she’s a travel enthusiast, estate sale aficionado, and art lover. With a blend of passion and professionalism, Kelly Ann infuses our team with energy and dedication!
